This page brings together two documents published by Yesleads: Part 1, the Terms and Conditions, and Part 2, the Legal terms (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy). See also our Privacy Policy and our Refund and Cancellation Policies.

Yesleads is committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring a safe, secure, and transparent experience when using our Sites and Services. By accessing or using our Sites and Services, you agree to these Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy.

1. General user terms

Introduction

These General User Terms (“User Terms”) are entered into by YesLeads, doing business as Yes Leads, a Quebec, Canada company, and all Users (“You” or “User”) who access and use our Sites and Services. These User Terms govern your use of the Sites and your participation in the Reviews Program or any related services.

By accessing or using our Sites and Services, You agree to these User Terms. If You do not agree, You should immediately cease use of the Sites and Services.

Eligibility

The Sites and Services are intended solely for Users aged 18 or older. By accessing or using the Sites, You represent and warrant that You meet this age requirement.

Account registration

To access certain features, You may need to create a User Account. When registering:

• Provide accurate and current information.
• Maintain confidentiality of your log-in credentials.
• Accept responsibility for activities conducted under your Account.

Use of website

By using our Sites, You agree that:

• You will not post unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
• You will not use automated tools for data scraping, framing, or harvesting.
• You will only submit reviews or information that You personally create.

We reserve the right to terminate User access for violating these terms.

Intellectual property rights

The content and intellectual property (“Yesleads IP”) on our Sites belong to Yesleads or its licensors. You are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license to use Yesleads IP for personal purposes, but you may not reproduce, modify, or distribute our IP without express written consent.

Disclaimer

Our Sites are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Yesleads disclaims liability for errors, interruptions, or disputes arising between Users and Vendors.

Limitation of liability

Yesleads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits. Liability for direct damages is limited to CAD $100.

Termination

We may terminate or restrict access to the Sites at our sole discretion without notice. Users may terminate their accounts by contacting leads@yesleads.ca.

Text messages (SMS)

SMS program description

Our SMS program provides text messages regarding appointment reminders, service notifications, receipts, customer support, and occasionally promotional messages if you have consented to them. The message frequency may vary based on your interaction with our services.

Unsubscribing

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply send the word “STOP” to 514-534-1139. Upon receiving your “STOP” message, we will confirm your unsubscription via a text message. You will then no longer receive messages from us. To resubscribe, send “START” or follow the same procedure as your initial sign-up.

Carrier liability

The mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply for the messages you receive from us or send to us. The frequency of messages may vary. For any questions about your plan, please contact your mobile provider.

Recurring messages disclosure

By enrolling in our SMS program, you authorize us to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number you provided. Depending on the service chosen, you may receive messages on a regular basis. You do not need to consent to receive recurring messages to make a purchase of products or services.

Prohibited content

Our text messages will never contain:

• Phishing, smishing, or social engineering attempts to obtain personal information.
• Illegal content (all content complies with applicable laws).
• SHAFT (sex, hate, alcohol, firearms, tobacco) content that is non-compliant with applicable laws and regulations.

SMS registration data protection

SMS registration data and consent information will never be shared with third parties, except for the aggregators and providers necessary for the delivery of the SMS service. Your mobile information will never be shared for marketing or promotional purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Quebec courts.

Part 2: Legal terms (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookies Policy)

Effective date: May 30, 2025. This document opens with the same introduction and the same section 1, General User Terms, as Part 1 above, and closes with the same Governing law clause; those passages are not repeated here. Its sections 2 and 3 follow.
